New Earth Blueprints for Ethical, Sustainable, and Heart-centred Living.
Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga offers a timeless framework for personal and collective transformation. They guide us towards creating a new world based on harmony, compassion, and higher awareness.
Hey Earth Angels,
Heaven on Earth is a state of being, a frequency we choose to exist within.
As discussed in last week’s article, we co-exist in two realities right now.
The 3D Matrix: Forces of fear, division, control, and manipulation seek to keep people trapped in old paradigms, limiting their awareness and suppressing their true potential.
The LOVE Revolution: A powerful awakening is unfolding, with more individuals breaking free from illusion, questioning long-held beliefs, and stepping into higher states of awareness where love leads the way.
We are heart-centred sovereign beings creating a more sustainable and harmonious world for our families and future generations. 💖
In a world facing increasing division, environmental crisis, and disconnection from our true nature, we are called to unite and create a new way of living—one rooted in unity, compassion, and purpose.
Reflecting on our unique roles and the Blueprints for the New Earth, anchored in heart-centred, ethical, and conscious living, a quiet voice within my soul whispers: “Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga.”
Of course! This ancient practice has transformed my life, and I’ve witnessed it transform thousands of others, too!
As co-creators and Guardians of the New Earth, we are here to illuminate the path for others on their awakening journeys. And what better guide than the ancient wisdom of yoga? Its timeless teachings provide the perfect framework to help us navigate this profound transformation within ourselves and the world around us.
Our ancestors are the keepers of truth, knowledge, and wisdom.
The Yoga Sutras are the Blueprints of the New Earth.
The Yoga Sutras offer valuable guidelines for leading a meaningful and purposeful life. They provide profound insights into the mind and consciousness, guiding us towards inner peace through yoga.
Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga is more than a philosophy; it provides practical steps to improve our lives and elevate the collective consciousness.
By embracing these principles—from ethical living and self-discipline to mindfulness and spiritual awakening—we can co-create a world rooted in kindness, integrity, and inner peace.
Let’s explore how these timeless yogic principles can serve as the foundation for a new way of being—one that honours all life and leads us toward a brighter, more compassionate future.
What is Yoga?
Yoga (yuj) means to unite or join. The ancient texts date back over 5,000 years, but what if yoga has been with us since the beginning of time?
If you watch a baby transition from crawling, they move through various yoga poses, learning to stand.
The first time I noticed this, I was blown away!
Yoga isn’t something we do; it’s who we are at our core.
It helps us to remember who we are and why we are here.
This ancient practice integrates body, mind, heart, and spirit, awakening a profound inner knowing within us.
Yoga opens energetic pathways, frees stagnant energy and self-imposed limitations, and connects us to the infinite power of the cosmos.
Beyond physical movement, yoga is a profound tool for inner balance, helping us to deal with life’s challenges with resilience and clarity.
Hatha Yoga – Balancing the Sun/Moon - Yin/Yang
Hatha yoga focuses on mastering the body through postures and breathing techniques, uniting Shiva and Shakti and balancing the solar and lunar energies.
“Hatha” is derived from two Sanskrit words “ha,” which means “sun,” and “tha,” which means “moon.” This reflects the idea of balancing opposite forces: the sun’s active, warming energy and the moon’s receptive, cooling energy.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga: A Blueprint for the New Earth
As humanity stands at a crossroads, the need for a more conscious, ethical, and heart-centred way of living has never been greater. Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga offers a timeless framework for personal and collective transformation that can guide us toward creating a New Earth based on harmony, compassion, and higher awareness.
Patanjali, a man of great wisdom, is considered the founder and father of yoga. As a self-realised avatar, his wisdom and teachings on mind, body, and self-mastery continue to guide seekers towards liberation and enlightenment.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga:

Building the New Earth Together
The eight limbs of yoga provide a clear and holistic path for transforming the self and the world. Integrating these principles into daily life contributes to a global shift that focuses on love and kindness.
The time for this evolution is now.
Let’s dive into the first two limbs and contemplate how to apply them to our daily lives.
The Yamas and Niyamas: Ethical Foundations for the New Earth
The Yamas and Niyamas are ethical principles and observances that form the foundation of yogic philosophy. They serve as moral codes and guidelines for a balanced and meaningful life. These principles are the perfect blueprint for the New Earth, guiding us toward a life of integrity, compassion, and inner peace.
The Yamas – Universal Ethics for a Peaceful Society
The Yamas guide our actions toward respect, kindness, and sustainability, which are essential values for the New Earth. They shape how we interact with others and the world, nurturing harmony and integrity in all we do.
Ahimsa (Non-violence): Choose kindness and avoid harm to others.
Love and compassion are essential ingredients of Ahimsa, including thoughts, words, and actions towards yourself, others, animals, and the planet.
Ahimsa is the most important thing we can do to create a healthy relationship with the world. It develops empathy in our hearts and raises the collective consciousness.
Following a vegetarian diet shows compassion for animals and all living beings. A world guided by Ahimsa naturally moves toward compassion, sustainability, and unity.
Satya (Truthfulness): Being honest with ourselves and others.
Honesty with ourselves and others creates trust and authenticity. Satya relates to being truthful and choosing our words to align with the first yama (ahimsa). According to Patanjali, words can only reflect truth when they flow from the spirit of non-violence. Being untruthful distorts the mind and affects our actions.
Speaking from your heart with love and compassion is the foundation for healthy relationships, governance, and personal integrity in the New Earth.
Satya in Action
I never intended to share this story with you today; it just flowed from my heart, yearning to be expressed. With 100+ articles published here, I speak frequently about overcoming chronic back pain. I don’t talk much about my battle with depression growing up, but it’s something that has shaped who I am today and has impacted my life in many ways. It’s the flip side of a post I shared yesterday about self-love, and that ecstatic bliss is our natural state.
This isn’t some woo-woo philosophy; it’s who we are at our core.
When all the layers of conditioning fall away, and we strip ourselves of limiting beliefs and fake constructs designed by society, we awaken our true essence.
Yoga, chanting, and ecstatic dance activate neural pathways that enhance divine connection, transcendence, and ecstatic bliss.
Practice every day, and voila!
You purify your nervous system and activate the magic within.
People often comment on how happy I am, and it’s true—but it wasn’t always this way. Growing up, I struggled with depression and felt deeply alone despite being raised in a loving and stable family. Whenever I shared my pain, people told me I had no reason to be sad; they didn’t understand the depth of my suffering.
As a highly sensitive empath, my emotions were overwhelming—soaring from euphoric highs to deep, uncontrollable lows. My teenage years were a constant battle with these extremes, made worse by experiences I couldn’t explain—dark, terrifying forces that others dismissed as my imagination.
I suffered from chronic throat issues, even after having my tonsils removed, until I finally understood the deeper reason behind my pain.
The throat chakra is about authentic expression and communication.
I have the gift of seeing into other worlds, and because I didn’t understand how to use that gift, I suppressed it for many years. I wasn’t speaking my truth, so my throat chakra became blocked, and as a result, I suffered physical ailments and illness.
Once I started speaking my truth (hello Satya) and honouring my gifts, my throat chakra cleared, and amazingly, all illness subsided completely.
At 27, I met an Earth Angel, now a dear friend, who helped me embrace my gifts and trust my intuition. I surrendered my fears and opened my heart to the Angels of Light, who have guided me with unwavering clarity ever since.
I stopped caring what others thought of me and embraced my spiritual gifts.
I stand in my power with truth and integrity and speak my truth as an Earth Angel who communes with the spirit world.
Understanding energy dynamics made me realise I had been carrying emotions that weren’t mine. I was absorbing the energy of others and mistaking it for my own pain, which is why I felt everything so intensely without understanding why. Realising this was life-changing.
That’s why energy protection is my top priority for self-healing and empowerment.
It has completely transformed my life, helping me recover from bipolar—a condition I now see was never truly mine to begin with.
My journey to true happiness wasn’t easy, but I found my way to the peace and joy I experience today through self-discovery and healing.
This is why I am so passionate about sharing the gift of yoga.
It’s POWERFUL and Life-Changing!
Asteya (Non-stealing): Don’t take what isn’t yours.
Asteya relates to truthfulness and living an honest life. It goes beyond avoiding theft; it teaches us to respect others’ time, energy, and resources.
It also applies to time management, encouraging us to slow down and enjoy our activities rather than rushing through them. Whenever we are not in the present moment, we steal from ourselves the experience of being alive and enjoying the beauty of life, appreciating the small things.
Slow down and enjoy the moment.
Brahmacharya (Moderation): Balance through moderation.
Brahmacharya encourages balance in all areas of life, from what you consume to how you manage your emotions and energy. Embrace mindful living, moving away from excess and overindulgence.
By practicing self-control and moderation, we can better focus our energy, enhancing our awareness and clarity.
This yama also relates to celibacy and the transmutation of sexual energy into spiritual devotion or directing it toward creativity and one’s life purpose.
Unexpected Musings About My Kundalini Awakening
Since adopting a yoga lifestyle, my life has changed in unimaginable ways.
Aparigraha (Non-attachment): Living a simple life.
This yama teaches simplicity and detachment. Letting go of greed and external attachments brings true freedom and abundance. The New Earth thrives on sharing, generosity, and gratitude rather than accumulation and hoarding.
Aparigraha also teaches us to let go of all attachments to the outcome of our actions. Do your work wholeheartedly, and don’t worry about what will come of it. When we detach from the fruits of our efforts, we practice aparigraha and live selflessly.
Everything in life passes; nothing lasts. Practice non-attachment to your thoughts and emotions; let them be. Allow your thoughts and feelings to come and go as you live in the present moment as a silent observer.
Inner harmony comes from leading simple, truthful, and detached lives.
The Niyamas – Personal Practices for Inner Transformation
Niyamas are guidelines for personal conduct and lifestyle choices. They encompass personal observances, self-discipline, and spiritual awareness to cultivate inner strength and help us progress on the spiritual path towards enlightenment.
Sauca (Purity): Purifying the body and mind.
This niyama applies to keeping your body, mind, and environment clean. To cleanse the mind, we must focus on positive thoughts, emotions, and beliefs and let go of negative, impure thoughts, feelings, and impressions, such as those from TV, news, and radio. Cleanliness, both internal and external, nurtures a higher consciousness and respect for all life.
Santosa (Contentment): Appreciate the small things.
Cultivating a peaceful/cheerful mental state. Santosa helps us realise that happiness is inside us and external happiness is short-lived, leading to addictive tendencies and behaviours. Contentment leads to inner peace and a calm, happy mind. This niyama teaches us to be satisfied and grateful for what we have.
Embrace simplicity and focus on what truly matters rather than endless desires that keep us chasing for more.
Tapas (Austerity): Becoming the greatest version of you!
This niyama refers to our inner flame, passions, and burning desire to better ourselves and fulfil our purpose.
Austerity relates to changing our lives and habits, like letting go of addictions and self-limiting beliefs. Commitment to self-growth, resilience, and positive habits creates inner strength. Working on this niyama helps us become the greatest version of ourselves.
A world guided by Tapas embraces personal responsibility and conscious action.
Svadhyaya (Self-study): Discover your unique gifts.
Self-study and spiritual teachings open our minds and expand our consciousness, helping us understand who we are and why we are here.
Svadhyaya is a continual practice that awakens our inner light and thirst for truth, deepening self-awareness and enquiry.
Imagine a world where spiritual growth is as important as intellectual and academic growth. This is the New Paradigm where enlightened leadership and planetary evolution will flourish. We can make this happen by applying the knowledge we attain during self-study and contemplation.
Isvara Pranidhana (Surrender): One with the Divine.
This niyama teaches us to surrender to a higher power or the Divine. It encourages devotion, trust, letting go of the ego’s need for control, and trusting the process.
Isvara Pranidhana invites us to live with an open heart, trusting that we are part of something greater than ourselves. Strengthen your connection to the divine through prayer, meditation, or acts of kindness.
Release your fears and embrace the flow of life with grace and faith.
Creating the New Earth with the Yamas and Niyamas
Embracing these principles lays the foundation for a world rooted in ethics, compassion, and spiritual awakening.
The New Earth is not just an ideal—it is a conscious choice we make daily through our thoughts, actions, and ways of being.

"Yoga isn’t something we do; it’s who we are at our core." Yes. We are learning how to focus and use our inherent 'power' for good in the world. Yes. We are yoga because, as the ancients well knew, yoga is a comprehensive approach to energizing and maintaining health in the fascial structure. Our longevity, our health, our flexibility as we grow older... all this and more are maintained nicely with yoga through the fascial system. My post, 'The Organ of Structure' publishes on Friday, Feb 7th.
Awesome! Thank you for all the information, what a wonderful read and hopefully a wonderful reality of peace, love and harmony with each other everyone everywhere all over the world. My hope for our future and more importantly for our children and their children. I want my grandson to grow in love not hate. Peace 🕊 and blessings 🙏🏼🙌❤️✨
