Love! The other day I got a nudge that I wasn’t supposed to finish my latte. Then I let it go and I felt a peace that it was fine to have it. I think it was just a fun way to practice the external aspects of pratyahara!

Or you could just pat your hara! And slowly choose to move beyond your own action to what is beyond…or something.
